Private by design, explained plainly.

We process your account email and name, declared date of birth, broad city and country, identity and dating preferences, profile content, photographs, likes, matches, messages, subscription status, call metadata, safety reports, blocks, moderation history, and basic security logs. During the calling beta, short-lived technical WebRTC signaling is processed to connect matched members; Pairbella does not record or store call audio or video. Exact addresses and precise public location are not requested.

Information is used to authenticate you, calculate your age, display your chosen profile details, provide compatible introductions, create mutual matches, deliver conversations and matched-member calls, review profile photos, investigate safety concerns, prevent abuse, support billing, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Other signed-in members may see your display name, age—not birth date—broad location, identity and compatible preferences, relationship intention, values, biography, profile prompt, and an approved profile photo. Your email, birth date, reports, blocks, and subscription records remain private.

Hosting, authentication, storage, payment, fraud-prevention, analytics, support, and moderation providers may process information under contract. Because Pairbella serves members internationally, information may be processed outside your country using safeguards required by applicable law.

Active account information is retained while you use Pairbella. Call offer and answer signaling is removed when a call ends; limited call metadata such as participants, mode, status, and timestamps is retained briefly for reliability and abuse prevention. Safety and transaction records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, or the protection of members. Access is limited by role, and profile photos remain private until reviewed.

You can correct profile information, block members, request a portable copy, object to certain processing where applicable, and permanently delete your account from Account settings. Deletion removes your profile content, photographs, likes, matches, conversations, and membership access. Limited de-identified safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, and transaction records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy of personal information. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Pairbella will verify requests before acting.
