Clear expectations for a dating community.

The intended service is for adults aged 18 or older who can legally enter a contract and use dating services in their location.

Founding access is currently free. Before any paid subscription begins, Pairbella will show the price, billing currency, taxes, trial terms, renewal interval, refund terms, and cancellation method and will obtain express consent. No current founding account has an automatic renewal or scheduled charge.

Pairbella is currently operated by Tarek Salem as an individual operator in Massachusetts, United States. Questions about these terms or an account may be sent to support@pairbella.com.

Members are responsible for truthful profiles, respectful conduct, account security, and complying with applicable laws and Community Guidelines.

Pairbella may offer beta audio and video calling only between active mutual matches with eligible memberships. Calls require device permission and compatible networks, may be declined or ended at any time, and are not guaranteed to connect. Pairbella does not record call media. Secret recording, non-consensual distribution, harassment, sexual exploitation, and unlawful content are prohibited.

No dating service can guarantee identity, compatibility, conduct, or outcomes. Pairbella provides block and report controls, reviews profile photographs, and may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts. Members must continue to use personal judgment and contact local emergency services in immediate danger.

You keep ownership of profile content you submit. You grant Pairbella a limited license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

You may edit or delete your account at any time. Pairbella may restrict or terminate accounts that create risk, violate these terms, evade enforcement, or breach applicable law. Material changes will be communicated as required.

Mandatory consumer rights in your location continue to apply. Governing-law, dispute, refund, and paid-membership supplements will be published before subscriptions are accepted in each launch market.
